Shipping policies

1)-All items are usually shipped out within 1 business days of purchase, unless there is a shipping delay. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your item has been shipped.

2)- For goods we have in stock, send to our clients the goods always within 2 days after we have receive the payment; for bulk orders, shipping is after production completed.

3)-Buyers must pay all shipping costs.

We can send goods to virtually any address in the world.

If Chinese customs seized the goods ,we responsible for that.If your country’s customs seized the shoes,you will have to find a solution in your side.If you would like to buy insurance,we will resend the goods to you for free one time and responsible for customs fee!About the insurance,please send email to us to inquire.

Goods are usually delivered via air express ways. Mostly EMS,DHL,TNT,UPS,FEDEX,SODEXI and others if you indicate.
The price is including shipping cost.

Return & Exchange

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges if returning goods to us. If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you return or exchange.

If your goods are accepted for exchange we will notify you with instructions on how to mail it back to us.
